PRODUCTS : APRICOT HABANERO GLAZE
Apricot Habanero - sweet and hot, this glaze is great with pork, salmon, shrimp (just brush it on the last 10 or 20 minutes of cooking (bake or grill). Or use as a dip with fried shrimp or chicken, or with baked brie or cream cheese (pour over) and serve with baguettes or hearty crackers. My vegetarian friends use it to make a chutney to go with tofu or veggies.
